The blade arrived dull, and the movement was not smooth. It cuts cigars, but not cleanly. I had to sit there and open and close the blades a few hundred times before i could get a somewhat smooth movement.

Basically, you get what you pay for.

This cutter has plenty of good reviews, alas the cutter I received does nothing but mangle my cigars, crushing the ends and pulling on/tearing the wrapper, binder and filler. The blades were duller than a butter knife. I might have been just this one cutter but I was very disappointed in its performance.

This is a back up so not too upset but the one blade sticks every time you go to cut and occasionally rips the cigar
