Really enjoyed the arturo fuente but the casa de garcia kept going out

I was a bit surprised when my shipment didn’t arrive and I was out. I called and they said we sent you and email which I swear I never got and this has happened before so it’s backordered great send me something else I get a nice box and then two weeks later another box shows up followed by another box a week later I call up and go what the heck is going on I decided to quit the club right then as I had two years ago due to the poor communication how do I end up with three boxes of cigars working three weeks of each other after having missed a shipment you guys need to get it together I’ll be looking elsewhere

The wrapper has unwrapped on almost every one. Not happy.

Well built but not the wrapper I expected

Poor quality (dried-out cigars) and poor customer service has had me purchasing my last two boxes of cigars from a better supplier. Cigars arrived dry and fell apart upon smoking. Photos were sent to customer service and all I received were instructions on how to re-hydrate. In addition, I was advised that because of COVID, long shipping times could impact the cigars. Another case of a company using the COVID crutch for poor quality and service. I ordered and paid for expedited cigars. There was no dry-out due to long shipping times.
