If you want a humidor, Thompson Cigars is the place! The value is outstanding. I have a small 75 cigar unit I had been using for years and finally decided to upgrade. I had been window/catalog shopping the Thompson products and comparing to other companies for quite a while, and their humidor deals just seemed to good to be true. I decided to order the new Westminister, and was I more than pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The craftmanship was superb and was better than or equal to any of the much more expensive "high-end" products I inspected at the local tobacconists here in town. An awsome finish and airtight seal, it was such a sweet, sweet deal. Now I have to work on filling it up with some of Thompson's great cigar deals. I have a feeling I might have to upgrade again soon.

Your care package arrived today at our CENTCOM Forward unit here in Qatar. The chips and goodies were of course much appreciated and the humidor and cigars were a HUGE hit! Our unit is approximately 20 people year round out in Qatar (a small country in the Persian Gulf), so the heat does limit what you can send – chocolate, while appreciated, doesn’t survive well. What you sent was perfect – chips, jolly ranchers, tootsie rolls, the puzzle magazine, chewing tobacco. Like I said, the humidor was a hit, so more cigars in the future would be great. I can’t even begin to tell you how excited these guys were to receive it! And your choice of chips was excellent – Cape Cod and Snyders, great stuff! Great Stuff! Being a busy single parent, I am ordering more things from catalogs and on-line these days. I was not sure about ordering cigars, sight unseen - but decided to get some Thompson Brand samplers to see how your house brands stacked up against the "name brands." I was not disappointed.
