Items with a specific shipment time noted (e.g. allow 4 weeks for delivery) cannot be expedited.
Backordered items will be shipped separately when available, at no extra cost, via Standard shipping.

2 - 3 day delivery to the Continental US 4 - 5 day delivery for other locations.
We ship to U.S. territories and possessions, including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and overseas military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Selected items, due to weight and/or size limitations may not be eligible for shipment outside the continental United States.
Due to FAA regulations, expedited services are not available. These items will ship via USPS Parcel Post and may incur additional delivery times. Flammable/hazardous items must be shipped UPS Ground.
Please note that all lighters are shipped empty.
* All shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any U.S. Territory/possession, will be charged an additional $10 for USPS Priority Mail.
(No surcharges are applied to APO/FPO/DPO shipments.)
* A few very heavy items require additional surcharges. You will see any applicable surcharges in your shopping cart along with the standard shipping fees.
Shipping and Handling charges are taxable in the State of Florida. Outside the state of Florida, the purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.
How to make a return for any of our companies
To make a return is easy. Please follow the below steps.
1.) Call our Customer Care Department 800-203-3130, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm EST.
2.) Our Customer Care team will provide you with a Return Authorization number.
3.) Enter the Return Authorization number in the corresponding field on the next page.
4.) After you enter your Return Authorization Number you'll review & confirm where your order was previously shipped.
5.) Next you'll get your Return Shipping Label. (You'll have the option to print additional return shipping labels if you have more than one package).
6.) Mail or take the package to any UPS authorized shipping location.
