Our representatives will be more than happy to suggest other items of like quality and value. Thompson reserves the right to substitute cigars of equal or higher value due to availability.
We also reserve the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order. Most recent catalog price prevails. Prices and promotions in this catalog are valid for 30 days.
Thompson does not sell to retailers, nor does it otherwise, sell or ship on a wholesale basis. All items sold by Thompson are intended for personal consumption by its customers and resale, thereof, is strictly prohibited.

We do our best to please everyone but know that doesn’t always happen. If you’re enjoying your cigars from us, great, send us an email or drop us a note. If you’re not satisfied, let us know even quicker, by calling Customer Care within 30 days of your purchase to request a prompt exchange, credit or refund.
We’ll be happy to reimburse you in full if you’ve smoked only one cigar from a box or bundle of 20 or more (less shipping). Otherwise, if you’ve smoked more than one, your refund will be pro-rated based on the number of cigars smoked.
We would appreciate receiving the returned cigars in the condition you received them – as they may well be returned to the cigar maker if they were defective or unsmokable. We reserve the right to issue partial credit or no credit for cigars not returned in satisfactory condition. Please do not send cut or partially smoked cigars.
Promotional items must be returned with your order or you will be charged
the retail price for the promotional item(s).
We will gladly refund original shipping under the following situations:
• You have received defective merchandise.
• We accidentally shipped you the wrong item.
• Your cigars were damaged on their way to you.
In the cases above, we will also pay the shipping on your replacement – using the carrier of our choice.

How to make a return for any of our companies
To make a return is easy. Please follow the below steps.
1.) Call our Customer Care Department 800-203-3130, Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm EST.
2.) Our Customer Care team will provide you with a Return Authorization number.
3.) Enter the Return Authorization number in the corresponding field on the next page.
4.) After you enter your Return Authorization Number you'll review & confirm where your order was previously shipped.
5.) Next you'll get your UPS Return Shipping Label. (You'll have the option to print additional UPS return shipping labels if you have more than one package).
6.) Take the package to any UPS authorized shipping location.
Please note, if you use the Return Shipping Label and return your order via UPS you will receive a refund for your purchase less $7.50 for UPS fees.
